Summary

Plastic rectangular saddle ring saddle type packing is similar to saddle shape. In this packing layer, arc-shaped liquid channel is mainly used. The gap in the packing layer is more continuous than that in the ring packing (especially compared with lacI ring packing), which can make the gas flow mainly along arc-shaped channel when flowing upward. The product features large void ratio, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, sufficient vapor-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency, low pressure, large flux, high efficiency, large load elasticity and good pollution resistance. The product is widely used in packing tower of petroleum, chemical industry, chlor alkali, gas, environmental protection and other industries.
