In this way, not only the gap between the packing particles is increased, and the resistance of gas passing through the packing layer is reduced, but also these contact points can be the converging and dispersing points of the liquid flowing along the packing surface, so as to promote the surface renewal of the liquid membrane and improve the mass transfer efficiency of the packing. Therefore, the performance of stepped ring packing is further improved than that of Bauer ring.

Quality test
Analyze the chemical properties and moistening degree of raw materials to ensure the stability of finished products.
The raw material is then crushed to remove the coarse particles.
Then magnetic separation is carried out to ensure that the content of iron oxide is not more than 1%, and the content of water is 20-24% through moistening temperature.
When the product is extruded, the size and shape are sampled and tested.
When the product is dry, carry out sampling test to ensure that the water content is not more than 3%.

Every finished product needs the same size, color and shape within the specification.
